On our second day, after a short early siesta part of the jet lag recovery process. Shane took us off to Araluen Botanical Park at the Roleystone area, a country Garden (in UK terms it would be a National Garden Or National Trust Garden) which was privately run (well a Trust perhaps) and where they do trials and exhibitions. As you can see it was spectacular and we felt a bit of a highlight, the pictures never do it justice. If your in the Perth Area it is well worth a visit.
